The Success Lift Podcast

May 9, 2022

In this episode of The Success Lift Podcast, Brian welcomes John Madsen. John is a former NFL Player and works with exercise programming and fitness coaching. John helps other men get in shape and recover self-esteem through his coaching company Supra Human. Today, John highlights that a lot of guys unconsciously settle for average when they don’t even know that they can achieve and be much more.

Brian and John also talk about commitment and how the fact that following a goal is not only a good example for ourselves, but for other people (our partners, our children, our friends) too. John also gives advice for married men who think that just because they have children and a partner, they don’t need to be “their best self”. According to John, every stage of life is an opportunity to present ourselves as our best. Tune in to listen to the whole conversation!
